We have loved this apartment but are looking to purchase a home. The apartment complex is called The Retreat at Bothell and if you look at their prices per unit, we got in on a deal with rent about $300 lower per month. The contract would start at your earliest convenience and end at the end of October. Our unit is one of the only ones left that still has its carpeting because it is in such good condition. New appliances and cabinets in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have large closets with an extra storage closet on the balcony. We live on the top unit and all of the surrounding tenants are quiet so it has been a great blessing to our little family. On top of the apartment being great, there are several really fantastic amenities: two outdoor pools, two workout gyms, an indoor pool, outdoor patio and grills, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, a movie theatre for reservation, racquetball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds for kids, locker system for package delivery and safety and many others. We are located the end so there are loads of available parking so we haven t had to pay for parking. They do allow cats and dogs. As stated in the agreement, we would be gifting you our deposit and any transfer costs. On top of that, if you are approved we will reimburse you for your application fees which is about $50/person over 18. We do have somewhere to move to so you would not be waiting for us to close on a house, we would make the apartment available to you at your earliest convenience. We are looking to sell our rental contract. You will keep our $500 deposit and we will pay all of the transfer fees, as well as reimburse application costs upon acceptance. The leasing office requires that you make at least a total of 60k a year.
