This is the Barbaroux premier floor plan at Concord at Geneva apartments. We had to move to SLC with very little notice, so you would be taking on the remainder of our lease, which ends July 31st. The rent for those five months is at this lower price for the remainder of that lease (these units are going for over 1300/month now). You would have to pay that higher rate if you decided to renew when that time came. As a move-in incentive, we offer the following: A) Our like-new year-old Maytag washer and dryer set (MAWADREW41), which we now have no place for. These would be yours to keep, they do not belong to the apartment complex. B) The $450 security deposit is paid. You won't have to worry about a deposit, and you stand to receive that money at the end of your lease. The place is in incredible shape, so if you treat it well you could make it all back. C) March rent is paid. If you were to move in at the time of this writing (March 1st), that would be a full month of rent for free. If you decide to take the place, we will set up a time to meet with you and Concord at Geneva to work out the details of the lease transfer.
