The apartment is 7 minutes from the Orem Central Front Runner Station. 8 minutes from Walmart and 11 minutes from UVU. Apartment is super spacious and well kept! It comes with a gym, nice pool, and hot tub! Apartment comes with washer and dryer hook-ups. The complex itself comes with a on site laundry mat. Rent does not include water and gas. Tenant is responsible for paying gas and water aside from rent.
