Dogs are allowed if they are housebroken and well-behaved. Available starting 11/01/2025 (6 month minimum). Owner pays for water/sewer charges, internet and landscaping upkeep. Tenant responsible for gas and electric usage. Trash and recycling are the responsibility of the Tenant. (The town has a public dump for trash/recycling, requiring a $140.00 vehicle sticker.
