    FOR SALE BY OWNER! Not looking for a real estate agent. if you bring your own agent you need to pay your agents commission. This home is still like new with a lot of upgrades! Built in 2019! It has a beautiful entry way with 17ft vaulted ceilings. An open floor plan downstairs with a mudroom leading to the garage and a walk in pantry. Upstairs there is a open loft. There is an HOA but its not your typical HOA. They cannot tell you what you can or cannot do on your property. This is just for a water retention area at the end of the neighborhood.
