Take over my 4th floor lease at Element 31! It has a balcony, lots of room, a huge bathroom and a walk-in closet. But, better than all of those, it has amazing sunrise views of Mt. Olympus from your balcony! My lease goes until March of 2021 but my living situation has changed and I would like to give this to someone else who can appreciate it. This has been approved by the management and would just require you applying and being approved. The area is amazing! It sits in brickyard plaza where you have a Harmon's, a VASA, multiple bars and restaurants and lots of other shopping all within walking distance. The amenities at the complex are great! They have an amazing hot tub and pool, elevators, locked garage parking, a fenced dog area and much more. Pets are allowed and welcomed!
