I am moving out of Austin and need someone to take over my lease from February 1st to October 11th, 2017 is around 8 lease remaining. The apartment is located on the Northwest side of Austin in a safe community area close by Jollyville. The apartment complex is called Hunter's Chase Apartments. The apartment is 2 bedroom/ 1 bath at 900 sq feet is really spacious. It is on the second floor, but no neighbors above you to deal with. The rent is $937 and is due the 1st day of the month and given 3 day grace before late fees kick in. The water, trash, drainage and pest fees are an allocated bill aside from the rent which can range from $35 to $50 around there all together depending on usage of water. The electricity is separate bill and is direct service with the City of Austin. Also a renter's insurance is required each month, but the apartment offers a program with affordable insurance rent or you can look for one outside your own. Overall, I pay around the basic bills with rent like no more than $1070 not bad for still living in the city of Austin range! There is a $50 application fee per person applying to move in and need to win 3x the income from the rent and credit check will be done to see if qualify. Also I put a security deposit of $1137 and well if I can get at least $670. No extra deposit needed it to the apartment complex. The total security deposit that I deposit ($1137) will transfer to new tenant(s) so basically you will have $467 extra dollars (FREE MONEY) if no damages are found while you living there. If interested send me a message ASAP. The apartment room includes: Washer/Dryer Air Conditioner Cable Ready Ceiling Fan Dishwasher Disposal Refrigerator Oversized Balcony with Storage Spacious Walk-In Closets Wood-Burning Fireplace The apartment complex also offers a fitness center, dog park, and a pool which by the way really close to the apartment room just a few steps. Also no parking problems there's a lot of parking space. Located really close by convenient highways.
