Also the unit smells bad they are not clean people . Two other units in the back are all taken care of and we'll kept.Recommendations:*paint coat over for both 3 units and also paint side trimmings of the roofNotes : I was able to go inside the units and made sure the carbon and smoke detectors worked. The property is a nice big property but it does need paint job .
