Lovely setting, mostly wooded, with some open meadows, long frontage on Charlotte Creek,plus a small pond, very scenic. Great building site, or place for a camper. There is an older mobile home of little value, but the well, septic, electric service add value to the land. There are remnants of two other mobile homes that had been used for storage, and a shed for animals. Nice views.
