I own land on both sides of the road and live on the adjacent property. It is a beautiful spot. There is a small garden space, fire pit, great bike riding and walking nearby. Parking is not under roof. House is on well water and septic. Tenant pays all utilities. This is a rural property with access to high speed internet and cable. It is a non smoking residence. We do not allow pets. We do not permit commercial vehicles or machinery on our property. The property would be ideal as a residence/ art or massage type studio or work from home office. Studio/office space is large.
