Cute studio apartment on beautiful property with a pond in Guilford. Quiet and peaceful but less than 10 minutes from all the amenities of downtown Guilford. The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, washer/dryer, and kitchen. It can come either partially furnished (sofa and bed) or completely unfurnished. Access is up a set of outdoor stairs. Pets welcome! Flexible duration, but strongly prefer at least 3 months. Apartment comes either partially furnished (bed and sofa) or unfurnished. We (landlord) will cover utilities. We will fix anything that is normal wear and tear but expect the tenant to cover any damages. We are very open to pets, however apartment is up a set of outdoor stairs so we do not recommend pets that cannot be easily carried.
