We are selling the building lot as is with Foundation and older driveway in place. The property is within the R-6-P zoning area so that’s 6 dwelling units (du) per acre and P is for parcel specific conditions. My engineer says that an ADU or DADU would be allowed. Apartments, Townhomes, Cottage homes are permitted and there are some conditional uses. You can go up to 12du/acre per research so (2) units but for apartments you can go up to 18du/acre so that would allow (3) units. There are conflicting references and, I could not verify the floor area ratio (FAR) restrictions.
