This duplex unit is very quit. Water, sewer, trash, and recycling are included in the rent based on up to 2 residence. It has a private patio and an 8x8 storage shed. It is walkable to downtown camas. Lots of beautiful parks and walking trails near by. Plenty of closet space. I do accept small to medium dogs friendly dogs. 1 will accept 1 cat with a $2,000 damage deposit. This is a great place to live. The drawback is no dishwasher. The photos are the inside of 1222. All of the units are the same. I will call to verify employment. It might be available 12/21. I pay water, sewer, trash and recycling. Tenant pays power and any other services.
