Our units have Grey Vinyl flooring, updated appliances, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, and stackable Washer/Dryers in all units. We also have three laundry rooms on site. We have a huge open field that is fenced in for our property, along with a playground. Everyone is given one assigned spot with multiple guest parking spots. Special- No Rent till April! -We offer 6 to 12 month lease terms. -Rent is $1595 and all residents pay a flat rate of $120 for Water/Sewer/Garbage monthly, so a -total of $1715. -Electric is paid by the tenant directly through Puget Sound Energy. -Deposit starts at ONE months rent, but can be higher depending on your screening and rental history. -We partner with a program called Rhino for Security Deposits as an option for less move-in costs for the new tenant. You do not have to use them, but it is an option. -We charge a $200 non-refundable fee upon moving in. -We allow pets, but have breed restrictions.
