Brand new(never been lived in yet) very secluded and unique apartment for rent on private property overlooking Lake Lewisville where owners live in a separate house. You will not have other renters all around you- only one or two. Conservative family seeks a renter for this ONE PERSON(no exceptions) apartment. THIS APARTMENT RENTAL IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY. Basic info: utilities included in price(water/electric), no pets except maybe one cat- NO dogs- sorry, internet would have to be through a phone or other service- hard wire not available(Tmobile and Verizon are offering wireless internet for about $50/month- we ordered it in February 2022 and it seems to be working great), second story apartment- walk up stairs, garage parking for one car only- no other storage allowed in garage except in the 5'x8' heated/cooled storage closet in the garage, washer/dryer hookups in unit or use the common washer/dryer room, all appliances included except W/D, does not include satellite TV, great views to the lake, small balcony area for a chair, you may need to use a PO Box for mail or use a shared mailbox. Our goal is to have a long term renter(multiple years) with a minimum of a 1 year stay to get deposit back. There are more guidelines and rules that would have to be agreed to- see last photos attached. See last photo for floor plans. Unit 1 and 3 are available. No smoking or vaping allowed in the apartment. Hard wired internet is not available at this location, so you would have to use another service. Tmobile and Verizon are now offering fast reliable wireless internet packages for only $50/month- that might be one option. We subscribed to Tmobile and it is working great. There are no application fees or other fees other than the rent price quoted. Garage parking is right below the apartment, but you must walk outside and up stairs to get to the unit. The price will remain the same for the first year, then only increase by $50/month the years following. We are on well water which is probably better than city water and we are on a septic system.
