The basement is finished with a storage area and a full sized washer and dryer for tenant use. There is a spacious shared backyard with a patio and outdoor sitting space for tenants to use. The house has plenty of off-street parking available for tenant use. The house has central heat and air-conditioning, but the upstairs bedrooms also have a window unit air-conditioner and built-in wall heater for more temperature control throughout the year. Tenants are responsible for 1/4 of utilities, landscaping and trash are paid for by landlord. No Pets Available April 4th for short or long term availability.
