Tenant may NOT make alterations or improvements to the premises without obtaining the Landlord's written consent. This shall include painting, hanging curtains, blinds, or pictures etc. Utilities and Services Landlord will pay for the following utilities and services: Water, Heat and garbage removal (up to 3 bags per week, picked up on Fridays). Homeowners insurance, renters insurance is not included but recommended. Tenants will pay for the following utilities and services: Electric/Hot Water and any optional services such as internet/phone services (dish satellites not allowed).
