The house boasts bi-level easy access to both up and downstairs with a nice entry level landing. Large two car garage. Home has been remodeled with newly sanded wood floors and many other unique and beautiful details throughout. All freshly painted. It's a must see! A/C is only a couple years old. High end KitchenAid downdraft stove/range, bottom drawer freezer-fridge, and Bosch 3 level dishwasher complete a large kitchen with lots of storage space. There are multiple areas to expand in the home, with two high-end remote controlled Heat and Glow fireplaces in living areas and a flex space in the garden level. Washer and Dryer complete a fully functioning home. This is a really nice home with expensive finishes so the right fit for the home is required. Small pets will be considered based on their impact on the home, credit and background checks will be required and references preferred. 12 month is the initial lease term with hopes that a good fit will resign for additional terms. Utilities are not included so water, energy, internet, and trash removal will be the tenant responsibility. Property is owned and listed by me, a long time home remodel expert who will be available with very quick turnaround to repair and or resolve any needs that the house has. I used to live in the home and absolutely loved it. Security deposit is $3,000. 1 year lease. Flexible on move in dates but looking for a 2/1 lease start. Some remodel work on the home is currently in progress and a new roof is getting put on the home in the next month or so. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
