Large spacious room and private bathroom with a shared kitchen & living room space. Affordable location with close proximity to stores, the beach and public transit. Pet friendly and a relatively quiet neighborhood. I do have a couple friendly dogs but very well behaved and like to stay by my side most of the time as I work from home but keep to my room mostly. Month to month, be clean and courteous, no smoking in doors and as quiet as you can be at late hours in the rest of the house.
