This historic house is a beautiful and up-to-date; it has a large backyard space, ever-growing garden, giant open kitchen and new-ish hardwood floors. The bedroom available for rent gets great natural light and has a fresh coat of paint. Offering a 6 month lease with the option of going month-to-month. Three of us live here now but with two housemates in the basement, it does not feel crowded. Move in any time! Our entire household is composed of night shift nurses so our quiet hours vary day to day based on schedules. I am a neurodivergent, queer, clean but messy person who enjoys sharing the occasional meal or watching a movie but who also values my alone time. I have a protective but cuddly dog and the other housemates have a cat. Would prefer to not have more animals, however I am open to discussing it.
