Help! Our tenant needs a new roommate to be able to keep her tenancy with us. She is looking for someone who will take majority of the rental costs, allowing her to move forward in September with her education plans in Santa Barbara. She is hoping to find someone that will allow her to intermittently come back to the property on some weekends, as well as keep some or all of her furnishings at the property.
