    Located at Expo Apartments in Lower Queen Anne. Rare corner unit with windows on both east and south sides. Very good view of Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, and Elliot Bay. 726 sqft. Neighborhood: walking distance to Metropolitan Market (2min), Safeway (3min), Seattle Center (2min), Space Needle (5min), Myrtle Edwards Park and Elliot Bay (10-15min). There are many highly rated restaurants just downstairs or one block away. Application: apply online and pay a $48 application fee. For November I'll add you as a roommate to my current lease and you will need to sign a 12-month lease with the apartment starting from 11/29 directly. Parking: $175/month for resident garage parking. Street parking is available as well but might not be easy to find all the time. Bus routes: D Line, 1, 8, 13. Start date: ideally November 1st but can be negotiated. Price: days before 11/29/2021 will be prorated based on monthly rent of $1515. Renewal lease will start on 11/29 at the new discounted price of $2178. Utilities are excluded. Pet rent is $35 each per month. (Not negotiable as $2178 is already lower than the market rate. The leasing office plan to list it as $2632) Usually I spend $100-$110 on water/sewer/garbage and $30-$40 on electricity per monthly. In winter electricity expense could be doubled. This is not a sublease by the way. You pay the rent and sign a leasing contract directly to the apartment, NOT to me. I was authorized by the leasing office to look for another tenant and provide a lower price than they plan to list on their website.
