This home has the best lot in the neighborhood, as it is 2 turns off of a main street, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with a large back yard, and backing to deep woods with a stream (every 8 year old boy's dream). Neighborhood (Countryside) has many events, including crab feast, pool parties, wine tastings, Spring egg hunt, homecoming parades, summer concert series, etc. Community swim team is the social mecca in the summertime. There are 15 kids in most of the elem. school classrooms and other schools are also tops. High school soccer team is #1 in the state. Many of the neighborhood kids go to #1 high school in the U.S. (Thomas Jefferson). Can easily walk the trails to the beautiful Potomac River from our home. Also 2 Starbucks w/in walking distance. Major mall is 4 minutes away (Nordstrom's, Macy's, Lord & Taylor's, JCPenney's, Sears, etc.). Everything one needs is minutes away, but you won't hear any traffic - just the birds. Come to think of it, why would I move?
