I am looking for 4 people who need a place to live beginning Fall 2019! The property is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhouse at Lakeridge Townhomes. The location is great- you can get to campus in about 10 minutes from the time you leave the house. The bus stop is also right across the street, which is super convenient if you're not planning on driving to campus! The townhouse was built in 2017, so it is very new. Since we purchased it early, we were able to add additional features such as downlighting with dimmers in each of the rooms, an upgraded refrigerator, and a security system. Each bedroom has its own thermostat, so each tenant is able to control the temperature in their own bedrooms. Other community amenities include a pool, grilling space, a basketball court, gym, tanning beds, a clubhouse area, and a theater room. This place is fully loaded The property is also fully furnished, meaning the common areas (living room and kitchen) as well as the bedrooms come with everything you need. The bedroom furniture included is a dresser, nightstand, desk, desk chair, bed, and mattress. We offer both 10 month and 12 month leases, with a 10 month lease running at $650/month plus utilities and a 12 month lease running at $600/month plus utilities.
