40 acres with shop. Very quiet and secluded but perfectly situated, only 20 minutes to the Walmart in West Plains, 30 minutes to Mountain Home, and 20 minutes to Salem. The property is in Fulton county, AR. There are no building restrictions. The northern boundary of the property is almost on the state line. There is a deer epidemic around here. I can give you the number to the guy at the power company. They will also lay underground cable if you dig the trench. Guys around here with little excavators will charge $1/foot for trenches. The google satellite view for this property is outdated... The ground is rich black dirt in a lot of places, at one time it was used to run cattle but it was untended and grew back into forest. Great neighbors, they are close enough to watch out for any vehicles driving up your road, but you are secluded enough back in the woods to not even know you have any neighbors. This has the makings to be a truly special place. Do not attempt to view property without making an appointment.
