Tenant agrees to keep the home and yard clean and damage free. The grass must be kept cut and the yard kept free of trash and debris and materials placed against the house. Tenant shall make no alterations, improvements or major repairs to the premises (interior or exterior) without the written permission of the Owner. Alterations such as: Painting Screws or nails in the exterior or interior of the house (Christmas decorations or other hanging items) No holes drilled in interior or exterior of house No satellite dishes are to mounted on the roof (this must be mounted on a pole in the ground and not attached to the house
