The historic McGuire-Setzer House is an original log structure built in 1825 with an addition made in 1830. In 1935, a one-story frame addition was added to the left rear of the house. Restoration of the property in 2004 resulted in another modern addition made to the rear of the dwelling for the den. The 367 square foot guest house features a living room/bedroom and one full bathroom (bed and bath count reflected in home facts) which was originally a detached kitchen. The gas log insert in the guest house needs to be replaced by the buyer. There is also a wired finished outbuilding of 252 square feet (not included in the home facts).
