The 2 bedroom plus den, consists of 1100 sf, and the den has a window and a closet so this technically could be considered a 3 bdrm unit. This unit has cathedral ceiling in living room, bay window, fireplace, dishwasher, inside utility room with W/D hookups, one car garage with opener, and garden window in kitchen. Expenses are even cheaper than other rentals, as the owner pays for water/garbage/sewer and takes care of the landscaping so you don't have to! The lease is a 9 month, month to month lease agreement, but if you move out before 9 months you forfeit the deposit. Our security background check, looks at tenancy, credit, and criminal background. The app fee is $41/person over 18. With decent credit we only require the security deposit, and prorate the rent from the day you move in, until the end of the month, as move in costs. We only allow 1 pet per unit, max 18 inches at the shoulder/base of neck, when full grown and no pit bulls or pit bull mix breeds. We enforce our pet policy and if broken we assess a $500 pet violation fee, and please don't call and ask for exceptions, as we have rules for a reason. Our tenants here, love it, and many have been here for 6-10 years or more!
