    It is "Different " and Safe A home with a story , just an awesome vibe in every square inch of this house and property , Built by a German cabinet maker , from the ground up for the love of his life partner , keeping with a simplistic theme from his country , perhaps dated in areas but Quality drips from every corner . from the fully functional fireplace made of fools gold ( must see in person the glimmer does not show in photos ) to the upstairs wet bar and lounge with a bedroom and and bath , the layout is unique and Not for everyone but for us the last 8 years it has been purely magical ! the driveway is unique the road is owned by this homestead ( i named it "wrong turn" road in keeping with my sense of humor and to deter curious wanders and it works but you can re name to suit yourself ! the privacy is awesome and at the same time only 2.5 miles from stores like walmart and tractor supply , 4 from hospital and small airport , yes you can fly in with your private aircraft and drive a few minutes to here , the main lawn has 5500 feet of fence surrounding it the garage and shop is outstanding its large enough for 5 cars and still all the tools , there is a chicken coop that can be functional if desired ! basement is bone dry NO mold no smell , the bones of the house are steel beams and girders with wood , the walls and ceilings are 100% paintable cloth wallpaper imported from germany even the arches inside are wrapped in it ! we have been so happy here its built like a fortress and has new standing seam metal roofing installed years before needed so never any leaks ! the builder owner was a personal friend and since they knew it was alway my dream house since 1982 they made me have it when they moved on in life in 2018 i thought i would live here forever but an old injury and a recent botched surgery has forced me to give this up this is a happy and SAFE place for full time or part time living it rocks ! sale is forced but with my blessing im looking for a cash buyer i may consider holding a partial small mortgage but only if it can be insured 100% i will share the stories with the next owner they are all wonderful and some comical text is best 845 901 1820 thank you Bonze

    the fortress like build quality, the Driveway is unreal the Safe feeling when you enter the Gate and the magical Vibe and the the house is very comfortable the shop and garage are incredible , and the fools gold fireplace always is a pure joy to view and use it is functional i live it all the creek where she sits on a rock and writes , and where we and the dogs swim and the garden that she grows our food seasonally we love it all
