we have been so happy here its built like a fortress and has new standing seam metal roofing installed years before needed so never any leaks ! the builder owner was a personal friend and since they knew it was alway my dream house since 1982 they made me have it when they moved on in life in 2018 i thought i would live here forever but an old injury and a recent botched surgery has forced me to give this up this is a happy and SAFE place for full time or part time living it rocks ! sale is forced but with my blessing im looking for a cash buyer i may consider holding a partial small mortgage but only if it can be insured 100% i will share the stories with the next owner they are all wonderful and some comical
