Share kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, & food storage cabinet. Share bathroom w/current male tenant. Bring your own towels. Share washer & dryer. Off-street parking. Close to Casa Grande, I-10 exit, groceries, school, & PO. No smoking inside. If smoking outside, do so at a min. distance from front of house and do not smoke and then immediately enter the house. Doing so brings in 3rd hand smoke to which I am also allergic to. No cig. butts in the gravel, front yard, or street. Put in small, disposable container. No marijuana, not even medical; smoked, carried on person, or stored in bedroom. Explanation given during interview. No nudity in sight of other tenants. You are allowed a mini-fridge, personal microwave, coffee maker, stereo, TV, and a fan in your room, though consideration of electricity use is expect, i.e. turn off coffee maker, stereo, TV, & lights when not home.
