We have multiple grills: charcoal and gas. The private driveway parks 2 (or more) cars. A perfect home to spend your summer in Princeton before you decide to spend the rest of your life in Princeton. SUMMER RENTAL ONLY. This house is available from June 25 to August 14 (7 weeks). Utilities are not included. No smoking in the house. No pets. Pool service can be arranged for around $80/month. By-weekly lawn mowing included.
