The updated studio built in 2018 features its own kitchen, laundry, and full bath. It's connected to the main house, but separated by two doors one of which can be locked for added privacy. Text us if you have any questions! This is a non-smoking property, and vaping or the use of any federally illegal substances (including marijuana) is not permitted. No pets and lease-term is one year preferred. We ask that you treat and respect the studio as if it were your own. A private parking spot for one vehicle is located just a few feet from the main entrance. The security deposit is fully refundable provided no damage or repairs are required.
