I have moved from my apartment at Ironwood at the Ranch in Westminster and need someone to take over my lease (to May) immediately. January 2016 rent is already paid and so is the damage deposit, so you could move in today and owe nothing until Feb. 1, 2016. For the ranch district of Westminster, this apartment is less expensive than most. It's about $300 less expensive than other single apartment at Ironwood because the appliances are older, but they still work great. The apartment is on the third floor, has a fire place, a large walk-in-closet in the bedroom, a deck, and includes a washer and dryer. Ironwood is nice place in a great district of Westminster, it includes a pool, hot tub, weight room, and clubhouse. Pets are welcome (but there are some limitations on number and size). The apartment is located about 12 miles from downtown Denver and Boulder. More info on Ironwood here: I have moved out already, so the apartment is no longer furnished, but it is very clean. I've cleaned it from top to bottom. You would be taking over the lease with Ironwood, not subletting from me. The month of December is already paid for you, the damage deposit is already paid for you, and the apartment is a few hundred less expensive than any comparable one you will find in the ranch area of Westminster.
