New style inside the home as the trims and walls were touched up, also new Sheetrock was placed in bedrooms, and kitchen. Fabulous new countertops and cabinets a long with a stainless steel sink. Beautiful like hard wood floors throughout the whole house freshly installed. Not exactly hard wood but the same impression. 5 years ago a new roof was put on the home. August 2015 a new heating and air conditioning unit along with duck work and thermostat was installed. Brand new !! Some fasha wood along the front of the home and Tin has came off there which is a easy replacement inexpensive fix. The electrical is the old school fuse box , it operates greats also. School zone very safe. Fire station and police station blocks up the road. Storage building included !!!
