We're looking for group to lease a 4 bed / 4.5 bath townhome (NOT an apt) at The Orchard Columbia for the upcoming lease term (August 12, 2026 July 27, 2027), and the entire unit is available perfect for a full group! If you know anything about this community, you already know units here go FAST and are super in-demand every year so we're trying to get ahead of that and find the right group ASAP. The unit itself is one of the nicest layouts available. It features quartz countertops throughout, wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a French-door refrigerator with a drink dispenser. The living room already has a 65" TV mounted, which is a huge bonus. Flooring is a major upgrade compared to most rentals sealed concrete on the first floor and real hardwood upstairs, giving it a much more modern feel. The unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer. It is unfurnished, so you'll be able to fully make the space your own. Incentive: We're offering a $2,000 gift card to the first group that signs.
