Lanai has a ceiling fan and fire pit. Just outside the lanai is a brick smoker with a 14 foot concrete picnic table. Hookups for washer and dryer are in garage. Tenants' cars are parked in circular driveway, not garage. No pets allowed. To be a viable candidate you must presently be working and receive a paycheck from your employer.
