Planned to be Our retirement getaway so we made it nice so we would be comfortable staying thru the summer. Then life happened and my husband passed away. Too many emotions to keep the place. Mobile home has had one complete wall in LR insulated and redone, all subfloors repaired with nice laminate throughout. Painted every room. Several double pane New windows were put in and intended on doing all. Kitchen completely gutted with new cabinets and counters. New washer and dryer in 2014 and probably hasn't been used 10 times. Heat pump and central air installed in fall of 2013. Has an insulated roof installed over mobile home so is very energy efficient. This is located at the end of Grider Hill's mobile home park and is very quiet. So much wildlife with daily visits...don't want to sell but realistically I won't go enough to warrant keeping it. I want life to be in this place and a family to enjoy what it offers. Not all furniture stays but some does. It has a brand new futon. Only been used two weekends. 2015 lot rental and slip rental has been paid until December 31st. This will be included. Cable and water is included at no charge to you by Grider Hill Marina.
