Private bedroom with shared bathroom. The townhome has three bedrooms total, and I rent out by the room. The place is clean, has lots of light, is just over two (2) miles from SUU campus, and has a fenced-in back patio. The unit used to be a show unit, so it has upgraded trim and finishes. Ample parking on site (uncovered). I currently have two (2) male tenants in the other two rooms. Tenants split gas, electric, and internet costs (~$75/month on average). Washer/dryer included. Also has a dishwasher and microwave in addition to the standard stove and fridge/freezer). Also has a separate pantry. The room is partially furnished with a desk (tenants bring their own bed). Renter's insurance is required.
