No washer and dryer in rental, but there are hook ups, and there is nice laundromat just a mile away. We prefer at least a 6 months lease, longer is better. House maintenance is always underway. Every 6 months landlord assesses any damage and takes care of repairs, oiling of deck, etc. Upper deck needs a bit of repair and we will undertake that repair asap. No nails or screws in woodwork. House has been trimmed with straight grain, old growth fir, which is no longer available. When hanging pictures etc, find a stud rather than stirring up the sheetrock, ask for help/advice if needed from landlords. Please no smoking or pets.
