Welcome home to a newly renovated 1920s building on border of Lincoln Heights. We have private rooms, the rooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom, sharing it with one housemate. There's a gorgeous industrial style kitchen, super spacious and it has cabinets with plenty of space for the tenants to store their groceries, a large fridge in the kitchen but you will also have a mini fridge in your room so you don't have to go downstairs for everything The utilities are included: water, gas, power, internet and free access to the washer/dryer in the building (If you live in LA you know that it's always a plus to have laundry on-site and even better if you don't have to save a bunch of quarters to do laundry) AND there's no additional cost for that. There's a gym in the backyard, a launge room and a rooftop with a beautiful view of Downtown Los Angeles We do offer parking at this location, parking is $95 per month. But you can opt to park on the street as well. We have a Community Director at every location, this person is responsible for hosting events a couple of times weekly, like happy hour, taco Tuesday, movie nights, game nights, karaoke, hiking events, beach trip events, etc. we have events at all other communities and some the we gathered members from everywhere to do a big event. You would be more than welcome to join at events hosted a different properties. There's a bus stop nearby, you wouldn't be far from the central station where you have access to the metro and train in case you feel like going to San Diego for the weekend . We have lots of members that don't drive and get around with no problem. We are pet friendly cats,dogs and other small animals are allowed. The pet deposit for dogs and cats is $300 and pet rent $75. The application fee is $50, the minimum credit score we look for is 650 the deposit would be one month of rent if you score below that or don't have credit we do accept co-signers with 2 months of rent as deposit depending on the analysis done with the details of your credit report and your income. Tenants are also obligated to provide proof of renters insurance.
