Nice, spacious, warm home. Built this home as our first home and hate to sell it. On the main floor, you come in from the garage to the kitchen, very convenient. From the kitchen, you have the breakfast area, open living room, office, dining room, all bedrooms on main floor, master bath and bath between other two bedrooms. Downstairs features half finished, half unfinished with a garage door and basement door. Finished side is a giant room, was great as my theater room. Unfinished side has enough room for a home garage or loads of storage. Beautiful mountain views from back deck and wonderful neighborhood. One of the only houses in the neighborhood that was custom built. Very low maintenance home, easy yard to mow, and great to enjoy a lemonade on the front porch waiving at the neighbors. Neighborhood Description Neighborhood consists of two roads, both dead ends. Wonderful walking road with dead end loop at the other end. Kids are constantly riding their bikes in the street, very safe. Quiet neighbors that will always speak, very friendly neighborhood.
