All appliances are in working order though the house will be unfurnished but I can leave a dining table with chairs if you'd like. The kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, large deep sink and plenty of cabinet space for your things. There's a small basement with crawl space to store more of your things. Both bedrooms have a closet though the north bedroom closet is significantly larger, enough to fit a dresser. Both bedrooms have plenty of room for a queen, a king would be tight but doable. The bathroom is modern and clean and the lighting throughout the house seems to be pretty good! I will be living in the ADU behind this house so any issues that might arise can be dealt with quickly. Xcel (gas/electric) and Internet will need to be put in tenant's name and paid for by tenant. As previously mentioned you will be required to pay for gas/electric and internet. Water/sewer/trash will be included in the base rent. Absolutely no smoking of any kind will be permitted. Right now up to two cats or one small dog would be OK. First month's rent and security deposit are due at the signing. Ideally this would be a one year lease. There are more details in the actual lease but it's OK if you want to do minor maintenance things, I will take care of the yard maintenance, major issues I will take care of or hire a professional.
