Apartment is one of two above a yoga studio. The other neighbor is in grad school so she and I will both be looking for someone that is going to be courteous and respectful to move in. I am getting out of my lease early (not because of anything bad with the apartment). You'll be required to pay me security deposit ($645) then give the landlord first and last month's rent ($1300) and sign the lease (you'll get my deposit when you leave).
