Negative reports include, but are not limited to late payments, collections, judgments, total debt load, and bankruptcy. - There is a $45 fee which pays for a background check. This background check is provided upon request. During the background check, we will also verify credit history. There may be denial based on a criminal record including, but not limited to: convictions or pending charges of drug-related crimes, sex offenses, person crimes, felony charges, fraud, or other crimes that would adversely impact the health, safety or right of peaceful enjoyment of the premises for other residents.
