We sold this home for sale by owner through Zillow. Great resource here guys. We put this up on Zillow and sold it to the second couple who contacted us and saw the home. We had multiple offers within a couple weeks. Assuming 6 percent Realtor fees which were avoid altogether, the house sold for $352,000. We had multiple showings and offers and did not have to put in a ton of effort drawing attention to the property. I recommend using this site if you're selling in the future before contacting someone.
