The room is clean, gets good airflow, lots of sunlight and it will be unfurnished for the next tenant. Move-in is first and last months rent, which is $711 (total move in is $1422). All Utilities included in the rent other than a $40 (per tenant) Comcast bill once a month. You'll have access to a cute little back yard filled with plants, and a few little turtles in their enclosures. Amenities: - 1 and a half bathrooms - in unit laundry machines - lots of free parking - possible access to a small storage space in front of the unit. - good internet - full kitchen (oven/microwave/fridge etc.) - trash and recycling pick up - free gym access to YMCA (ask lease holder how to get that set up.) - walking distance to the bus stops, the island ferry, grocery store, a fancy little Cafe that has amazing food and drinks, and the ocean.
