Has views of the city from the living room; most of the appliances etc are gas; very spacious, lives large. The deck is secure and is a great space to enjoy the summer sun; also has a covered portion to sit out during the rains. I currently have been renting this out on airbnb/vrbo so it comes furnished with all the basic items. Note I am generally seeking longer term rentals 12 months but will consider shorter term with price adjustment. I like to believe ;-) am a great landlord but only so great as the tenants. ;-) And since this is under my living unit, I want to make sure that it is a great fit both you and me. Note because it is lower unit there is some sound transference as in all units with one above. The back yard is mine but I love for people to use it, bocce court I just put in etc, so just ask and most likely it would be free. This is a great location to the city, 1.75 miles to downtown; 8 min walk to Lake Washington. Fink Park is 8 min away, great for catching bus #14 or close to light rail as well. I am generally free to show the unit Mon-Thursday after 6:30pm. But sometimes have time in the afternoon with advance notice.
