Upstairs are two additional bedrooms with one of the rooms having bunk beds with a trundle bed and includes an art table, desk, and office chair. The living room has a 65" TV, sectional with two motorized recliners, and a full-size pull-out bed, fireplace, and piano. The garage is not available for parking or storage but allows access to the washer and dryer, and to the side-yard dog run. Outside seating, with a propane BBQ grill, and wood-burning fire pit. 3d Tour Utilities are $300/mo (water, sewer, trash, electricity, cable TV, internet, and landscaping). Total rent is $3,500/mo all-inclusive of rent and listed utilities. Pet policy, we are pet people and are open to any pets, upon approval. Pet deposit is $300 due at lease signing.
