Out front is a large raised deck for lounging, watching the sunset or entertaining. 10 min to downtown Williams, 40 to Flagstaff, 1hr to Grand Canyon. Head into the national forest for a 3.5mi hike/bike (or 20min drive) to Dogtown Lake, 25min to Sycamore Falls/White Horse Lake, 40min to JD Dam Lake. Absolutely no smoking. Renter is responsible for all utilities (elec, propane, gas, water). 3-month min lease, 12-month preferred.
