We just don't want it back again in the winter, and are willing to do almost any term as long as the lease ending in the warm time of the year is a mutual goal.com It is really a 3 bedroom upper in West Central, but we list it as a 2 bedroom. Brick building on a quiet street right beside Moody Park. Up the oak staircase to a good sized living room. All three bedrooms are smaller by modern standards. They were likely huge in the 1880s, but I would call them small by today's standards. I believe the best way to use the space is to have two of the bedrooms as an incredible bedroom suite and use the 3rd as an office. It would be perfect for a Single or a couple. You will need to be really good friends to want to live here as 3 unrelated adults, I wouldn't do it. I would ABSOLUTELY HATE to use this as a 3 bedroom with roommates. That said, there are three smaller bedrooms. Modern, remodeled bathroom. Large dining room. Good sized kitchen with a walk-in pantry. There is a private covered second floor outdoor porch to enjoy. From that porch, there is an enclosed two story staircase that goes down to your private basement where we provide a private washer and dryer for you to use. Up to 2 cats or 1 reasonable dog are welcome with a 1 time $200 pet fee and $20 a month per pet. Additional pets are charged a $100 pet fee and $20 a month each. Tenant pays for the Gas, Electric, and a $20 a month sewer surcharge. The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum credit score of 650, no active collections, no felonies, no violent charges of any kind, zero evictions, and have a (combined) Net or take home income of 3 (Three) times the posted rent.
